    This Privacy Policy is applicable to the website BusinessIdeaInsight.com operated by Business Idea Insight Services (“Business”) and sets out our policy on the gathering and use of information on this site and our other sites (collectively “Sites”). Business is committed to providing safe web sites for visitors of all ages and has implemented this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.     Where we store it

    Personal information you share with us is stored on third-party database servers that have been identified and confirmed to have security measures in place to keep information safe. Mailerlite, and Google secure storage solutions are used for this housing this information. Unbounce is used to transfer some variables of the information provided, such as name and email address. Google Analytics is used to track session information such as IP address, mobile device, visit counts, pages viewed, etc.

Business reserves the right to sell all information collected as listed here in the sale of the company. Otherwise, no information given to Business through sign-up forms is sold to third-parties.

     

    How long is information held for?

    If you purchased a product or service made by Business, information is stored securely following federal and provincial regulation timelines.

    Subscriber information through any email sign-up form on Sites is held until you unsubscribe.

    Google Analytics tracking data is held for 12 months.

    Sites Privacy Policy Agreement tracking information is held for 12 months, or until cookies are cleared on your computer.

    All such information mentioned can be requested to be erased at the subscribers own doing via email or direct mail, except for such information needing to be held for regulatory and legal purposes, both federally and provincially.

     

    Third-Party – In Accordance with Legal Requirements
